Design packages

We feel that going through the garden design process leaves our customers with a garden that they will be happy with for years to come. It's also much less costly to make mistakes and changes on paper, than it is in the real world.

However we are aware that the process can seem daunting. You may be getting into a process without really knowing how much it will cost, and without knowing what final design you may end up with.

To help make things more transparent we decided to offer garden design packages. These are set at a specific price, based on the approximate area of your garden. These packages will include certain things, and the design process cost will not change.

With years of experience and using the most up to date digital tools, we can create a beautiful garden plan for you and produce sketches to help you visualise the final project.

Our Design Process

  • We will visit you and have an informal chat about your current garden, what you like and dislike and any plans you have for the future. At this point we will tell you the set cost of your garden design process.

  • If you decide to go ahead with the process, we will carry out a site survey. This includes, the shape, size, levels of the garden, existing planting, soil type, services etc.

    There is also a survey to fill out, which we use to build a design specification.

  • Using the survey details and specification we will then produce and send you three initial concepts. We aim to make them very different from one another to spark ideas and give you lots of possible options for how to use your space.

  • Once you have had some time to look over the concepts, we then meet up again to talk through them and start working towards a final plan together. It is very much a joint process so that everyone has a chance to input their ideas.

    Once you have your final design drawn up, we will provide you with a landscaping quote and you can also use the drawing to get other quotes as well.

  • The whole process usually takes around a month.

    We allow a few alterations of the final design within 2 weeks of completion.

    The final payment invoice is sent at the very end of the process once the design is complete.

Package 1 - Up to 30m2 - £350 (If you would like some help with a small area of a garden)

Package 2 - Full design up to 100m2 - £450.00

Package 3 - Full design 100m2 - 200m2 - £580.00

Package 4 - Full design 200m2 - 300m2 - £650.00

Package 5 - Full design 300m2 + POA

    We can produce mood boards and perspective sketches to accompany your designs to help get a feel for your future space

    This is a perspective sketch for a multi-levelled garden in Brighton

  • Creating Levels

    This design was for a flat new build garden that needed some interest added. We raised and lowered sections of the garden to create a sense of height change.

  • Relaxation

    This was a final plan for courtyard garden in Hove. We constructed the main paving areas from wood effect porcelain with decorative tiles in the centre.

  • Working with a large space

    This garden was a large blank space. We broke the garden into different sections for entertaining, relaxation, parking and pets. All over a large area, whilst keeping to a budget.

  • Two Tiered Brighton Garden

    This garden had some awkwardly positioned steps on a small lower patio with a plain upper terrace.

    Here we have repositioned the stairs and created a private seating area on the upper level.

    This customer loved the idea of circular lawn within a contemporary garden.
